The Brief

Lomax was asked to design, manufacture and commission a Freezing System for a leading UK bakery. 


The Solution

Lomax designed a bespoke Twin Drum Spiral System that could process more than 50,000 frozen doughnuts per hour.


The stainless steel spiral structure fully welded stainless steel floor, and CIP cleaning system was designed to ensure that the installation could be quickly cleaned before being returned to operation.


The Outcome

The ultra-hygienic design enabled the customer to maximize production time and increase overall production.
